• Come on You Spurs! ⚽️

  • THFC’s Vision Thing

Ange must go (regrettably). But, for pity’s sake, Levy, hire a manager still committed to attacking! (Preferably one who also improves a midfield that neither serves the forward players nor protects the defense, which has been Spurs' undoing this year, imo.) @frjon, thoughts? ⚽️

  • “These things just don’t happen here!"

Tottenham Hotspur have stormed into the palace of the champions and turned over the furniture!

  • A New Thing

Given that I’d never, ever, heard the words (or name) “Ange Postecoglou” until last June, those syllables currently take up an inordinate amount of my brain space. (Come on you Spurs!) ⚽

  • so far, so fun

Two Three games isn't much to go on. But, at least for those games, Spurs look like a much improved team -- emphasis on team. This isn't just Sonny and Harry Kane. It's Sonny, Bissouma, Maddison, Udogie, Sarr, Romero, Lo Celso (based on pre-season), Perisic. So far, so fun! COYS!

  • Football can be fun. Who knew?
Spurs v. Hammers: Lots of fun in the West Ham box (plus, great game by Fabianski); lots of terror in our own (esp. set pieces). But, to return to point 1: "lots of fun" has been in very short supply lately, and this was a nice change. ⚽
